“At DIPP, we are passionate about making a positive difference for the environment. Our innovative product material is where the positive change starts.”
Cassie and Raph – founders of Dipp
What are DIPP pools made of?
They use an environmentally friendly alternative to PVC, which is TPU or thermoplastic polyurethane.
This material is better for the environment for two reasons: it reduces the amount of waste going to landfills and for the way it is manufactured. Indeed, TPU is produced without any toxic chemicals potentially released back into the environment and during the nylon lamination process, which does not involve solvents.
So how long does it take to a DIPP pool to biodegrate?
DIPP pools have high-grade flexibility, abrasion resistance and resistance to oils and are biodegradable in around 3-5 years. Also, the packaging is all recyclable, and our mailers are all home compostable friendly.
Brand-new in its look and materials but classic in its form, DIPP designs are made with earth in mind. Discover all the patterns and choose your biodegradable pool, perfect for having fun with friends, playing with the kids, or relaxing with your puppy! 🐾
